About our Community
Our condominium association is made up of approximately 200 members each owning one or more lots. Some of us are residents while others winter here each year. Our gated community association fees are $80.00 monthly which includes water, sewage, lawn maintenance and garbage pickup. We also have rental lots available for $275.00 monthly or $18.50 daily. Included is electric, water, sewage, garbage pick-up, and lawn maintenance. Our community is located in Georgetown, Georgia across the highway 82 causeway from Eufaula, Alabama.
